Good news - 31 October 2006

It is a happy halloween as my vision has improved !!! I visited my eye doctor today and had a test run that shows improved vision in both eyes. The doctor gave me information on a clinic at the University of Houston that works with people with vision impalement to make special glasses with prisms and mirrors for driving. Yes, I will be back behind the wheel of a car before you know it.

You can't let a little stroke slow you down. Donna is recovering from her surgery last week and will be driving in another week so we will not need to be so dependent on our friends, family and neighbors. They are a blessing as we would be stranded without them but everyone wants to feel they can survive on their own.
